In 2019 Oracle Marketing Cloud and Forester Research were planning an in-person education session on how a connected CX technology suite is vital to a customers journey to purchase. Tasked with designing a physical invitation to an event about digital customer experience, it was essential we delivered an engaging and memorable invitation upon delivery. Inspired by the tactile qualities of origami, we crafted an invitation that would allow for a unique experience when opening, unfolding and reading about the events festivities.
